- Opportunity to work with Global MNC present in 35 countries \n
- Reports to CFO directly \n\n
- Develop and implement robust internal control frameworks and policies. \n
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures. \n
- Identify risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies. \n
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline and improve operational processes. \n
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal controls to senior management. \n
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and internal control standards. \n
- Stay updated on industry regulations and implement necessary changes. \n
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors as required. \n\n
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. \n
- Proven experience in internal controls within the engineering industry. \n
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Proficiency in audit processes and risk management. \n
- The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
