    Develop and lead the organization's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy aligned with business goals.

    \n Design and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

    \n *

    \n Ensure DEI principles are embedded across talent acquisition, development, performance, and succession planning.

    \n *

    \n Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on DEI matters and cultural transformation.

    \n *

    \n Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster inclusive practices.

    \n *

    \n Establish metrics and dashboards to measure progress on diversity goals.

    \n *

    \n Provide regular reports and insights to leadership and board-level committees.

    \n *

    \n Lead organization-wide DEI training, workshops, and awareness campaigns.

    \n *

    \n Promote inclusive leadership and unconscious bias mitigation across all levels.

    \n *

    \n Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and partnerships focused on DEI.

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    A successful VP/SVP - Head Diversity and Inclusion should have:

    \n *

    \n Master's degree in human resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.

    \n *

    \n 12+ years of progressive experience in HR, DEI, or related leadership roles.

    \n A commitment to promoting equal opportunities and fostering a positive organisational culture.*

    \n Proven track record of designing and executing enterprise-wide DEI strategies.

    \n *

    \n Deep understanding of global and regional diversity issues, laws, and cultural dynamics.

    \n *

    \n Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven DEI reporting and insights.

    \n *

    \n Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

    \n *

    \n Ability to influence and lead change across complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Experience working with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
