Job Description
- 5-10 years of experience with warehousing & last-mile logistics \n
- D2C/Retail/FMCG brand operations experience \n\n
- Manage and optimise daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets \n
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehousing & last-mile logistics \n
- Manage sourcing & vendor development along with demand forecasting \n
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products \n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication \n
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards \n
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions \n
- Lead and mentor the engineering and manufacturing teams to achieve organisational goal. \n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and propose innovative solutions \n\n
- A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field \n
- Proven experience in D2C/Retail/FMCG for warehousing & last-mile operations \n
- Strong knowledge of production processes and operational best practices \n
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills \n
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively \n
- Proficiency in analysing operational data and implementing improvements \n
- Commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards
