We are looking for a highly execution-driven Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs for automotive clients. This role requires strong ownership across multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration between business, product, and engineering teams while driving high-quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

\n Program & Delivery Management

\n %CF; Drive end-to-end execution of technology programs across Product, Engineering, QA,
\n and Business teams
\n %CF; Define scope, milestones, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
\n %CF; Ensure cross-functional alignment and proactive issue resolution
\n %CF; Manage multiple parallel workstreams with clear prioritization

Technical Program Management
\n %CF; Work closely with engineering teams on:
\n %CB; Backend systems, APIs, and integrations
\n %CB; Platform architecture and scalability
\n %CB; System dependencies across modules
\n %CF; Translate business requirements into structured technical execution plans
\n %CF; Ensure feasibility, performance, and delivery quality

Stakeholder & Client Management
\n %CF; Act as the primary interface with client stakeholders
\n %CF; Drive regular reviews, reporting, and alignment discussions
\n %CF; Manage expectations, escalations, and delivery commitments

Quality & Release Management
\n %CF; Coordinate QA, UAT, and production releases
\n %CF; Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance
\n %CF; Maintain documentation, reporting, and delivery tracking

Core Experience
