- Lead enterprise-scale cyber programs with global impact \n
- Shape next-gen cybersecurity delivery excellence \n\n
- Project Leadership: Manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple cybersecurity projects. \n
- Team Management: Mentor and grow a high-performing cyber delivery team. \n
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary cyber delivery liaison, ensuring exceptional client experience. \n
- Presales & Business Development: Drive RFPs, proposals, solutioning, and orals. \n
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate security, delivery, and budget risks. \n
- Resource Allocation: Balance team capacity and project requirements effectively. \n
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to internal standards and industry best practices. \n
- Continuous Improvement: Implement process enhancements and adopt emerging technologies. \n
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records and project dashboards. \n\n
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field \n
- 20+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in leadership/delivery roles \n
- Proven success delivering large-scale enterprise cybersecurity programs \n
- Strong understanding of cyber transformation, IAM, privacy, TPRM, and frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR \n
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, PMP \n
- Expertise in technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Security, Google Security \n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management & negotiation abilities \n
- Ability to operate in high‑velocity, dynamic environments
