    The Successful Applicant

    A successful GTM Manager should have:

  • A master's degree in business, sales, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales strategy and channel management, GTM/RTM within the FMCG industry.
  • \n
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decision-making.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in sales tools and software for tracking performance and reporting.
  • \n
  • An understanding of distribution networks and their optimisation.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of the food segment within the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
