- Executive Leadership position to lead end to end India operations. \n

- A master's degree in business, sales, or a related field. \n
- Proven experience in sales strategy and channel management, GTM/RTM within the FMCG industry. \n
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decision-making. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders effectively. \n
- Proficiency in sales tools and software for tracking performance and reporting. \n
- An understanding of distribution networks and their optimisation. \n
- Knowledge of the food segment within the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
