\n\nThe Successful Applicant
\n\nA successful Strategic Planning & Growth Lead - International should have:
\n 10+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles (MBB preferred).
\n Proven expertise in strategic planning and growth initiatives across global or diverse markets.
\n Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex market challenges.
\n Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability across cultures and senior leadership levels.
\n High business acumen and learning agility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
\n Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with top leadership and external partners.
\n Experience in healthcare or life sciences is an advantage but not mandatory.
