Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students and parents, explaining our courses and offerings.
  • \n
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
  • \n
  • Understand students' learning needs and recommend the best programs.
  • \n
  • Handle objections and clarify doubts to convert leads into enrolments.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up schedules.
  • \n
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • \n

Key Requirements:

  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a strong competitive spirit.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills in English and (regional languages preferred).
  • \n
  • Confidence in handling calls and engaging with parents/students.
  • \n
  • Ability to convince and build rapport over the phone.
  • \n
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but fresher s with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • \n
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to learn.
