\nKey Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents, explaining our courses and offerings. \n
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries. \n
- Understand students' learning needs and recommend the best programs. \n
- Handle objections and clarify doubts to convert leads into enrolments. \n
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up schedules. \n
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. \n
Key Requirements:

- Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a strong competitive spirit. \n
- Excellent communication skills in English and (regional languages preferred). \n
- Confidence in handling calls and engaging with parents/students. \n
- Ability to convince and build rapport over the phone. \n
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but fresher s with strong communication skills are welcome. \n
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to learn. \n
