• Extensive experience as Guidewire Senior BA with Insurance domain knowledge
\n
• Australia Motor product experience will be added advantage and Rating / Billing Center is mandatory
\n
• Hands-on experience in elicitation, documentation, and analysis of complex business requirements / user stories for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter
\n
• Ability to work with client stakeholders
\n
• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
\n
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
\n
• Guidewire Analyst Certification (Preffered)
\n

Job Description:

Years of Experience
\n 8-12 years of experience in business analysis with at least 3 years focused on insurance technology projects involving EIS or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
\n - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for EIS implementations across policy, billing, and claims domains.
\n - Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
\n - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding and feasibility of requirements.
\n - Support solution design workshops, process modeling, and gap analysis.
\n - Facilitate UAT planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business expectations.
\n - Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout project lifecycle.

\n Required Skills & Experience
\n - Strong knowledge of insurance business processes and EIS product functionalities.
\n - Experience with requirement gathering techniques, process mapping, and documentation tools.
\n - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
\n - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
\n - Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
