\n Key Responsibilities
\n • Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules
\n • Customize and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions using workflows, scripts, and
\n automation
\n • Create and manage web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular
\n • Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance
\n • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with end users
