B2B Sales Executive

Location: Bhandup, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

\n

Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure for company services

\n

Proactively identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and ensure consistent deal

\n

\n

Achieve assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets

\n

Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, business needs, and risk context through

\n

clear and confident communication

\n

Prepare and present proposals, commercials, and solution walkthroughs in coordination with

\n

internal teams

\n

Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through consultative and trust-based

\n

interactions

\n

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and negotiation skills while engaging with senior stakeholders

\n

Coordinate effectively with delivery, content, and product teams to ensure smooth execution

\n

Ensure seamless post-sales handover with complete clarity on scope, timelines, and expectations

\n

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts

\n

Track, analyze, and report sales metrics using Excel and internal tracking systems

\n

Use Excel for pipeline analysis, revenue tracking, sales reporting, and management reviews

\n

Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and demo tools

\n

Represent the company professionally with ownership, accountability, and strong client

\n

communication

\n

Requirements

\n

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales

\n

Strong verbal and written communication skills

\n

Proactive mindset with excellent follow-up discipline

\n

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills

\n

Comfortable interacting with clients and internal stakeholders

\n

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting

\n

Willingness to learn cybersecurity products, services, and sales processes

\n
