Network Development Manager
Job Description
Scout and activate long term network partners to expand retail footprint in India
\nEvaluate, propose, and award partnerships to establishments in markets where opportunity exists.
\nPrepare evaluation reports for Internal Stakeholders and conduct discussions and interviews between potential partners and representatives
\nProject management of partner appointment process to include development of facility plan, execution of facility development, staff recruitment, training, initial stock order, pricing, homologation (where applicable), logistics, Operating Standards review, budgets, marketing plan and suitable launch activity
\nSupport regions in launches of new partners with coordination of Marketing Team
\nCreate a database of the current network similar brands across potential markets
\nContinuously improve the Network Development process
\nCoordinate with Sales Operations team to work on improvement and/or replacement of network partners
\nHere s what we are looking for:
\nStrong Networking and Business Development capabilities
\nStrong understanding of retail business models
\nA good understanding of automobiles and EV technology will be a definite plus
\nA postgraduate or graduate degree in Business or Engineering.
\n5 to 12 years of experience in Network Development, preferable from Automotive background
