Roles and Responsibilities

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop, manage, and update financial models and forecasts.
\n
• Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
\n
• Analyze variances between actual and forecasted financial performance.
\n
• Financial Analysis:
\n
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
\n
• Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
\n
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
\n
• Strategic Planning:
\n
• Support long-term strategic planning by analyzing financial implications of strategic initiatives.
\n
• Evaluate potential business opportunities and investments.
\n
• Reporting:
\n
• Create and maintain regular financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
\n
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial performance and trends.
\n
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
\n
• Work closely with various departments to gather data and provide financial insights.
\n
• Assist in the development of business cases and financial models for new projects.
\n
• Process Improvement:
\n
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

• Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.
