\nFinancial
\nDriving Site Reviews and Budgeting
\nFacilitate smooth pay-outs to the contractors/vendors/PMCs by coordinating with Finance team as per need basis
\nOperational
\nDevise the sequence of various activities to be conducted on site in coordination with key stakeholders (e.g. contractors/PMCs)
\nOversee all operational activities(MEP, Civil, Planning etc.) on site are progressing line with the established project timelines
\nCoordinate with design team at site to ensure that all GFC drawings are brought in as per the schedule
\nReview the drawings in joint discussions with architects and consultants to foresee any risks and highlight the same
\nAnalyze the demands for materials requirements on site, and provide the necessary approvals for their procurement and coordinate on same with Contracts and Budgeting team
\nCoordinate with the Facilities and Handover team during the snagging process to handover the site
\nEnsure the scope of responsibility for different snag issues is established and rectified by the projects team
\nPeople
\nDrive the trainings schedule and ensure that the same for all PMCs/contractors on site are duly conducted
\nDefines and sets work objectives for team members
\nBalances work allocation in team
\nReviews tasks completed by team members and conduct regular performance reviews
\nCompletes performance appraisals of team
\nCarries out team building & engagement activities
\nProcess Adherence & Improvement
\nEnsure that all quality and safety compliance standards are in adherence to established SOPs and guidelines
\nIdentifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement
