Key Responsibilities:

- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements \n
- Act as a gatekeeper for the executive s time, handling inquiries and redirecting when appropriate \n
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents \n
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items \n
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion \n
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive \n
- Monitor and respond to emails and other communications as directed \n
- Support personal administrative tasks as needed \n
- Assist in special projects and initiatives led by the executive \n
