- Work with a fast growing farm to table food startup \n
- Lead the HR function \n\n
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals. \n
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. \n
- Design and monitor training and development programmes to enhance employee skills. \n
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. \n
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment. \n
- Lead performance management and appraisal processes to drive productivity. \n
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support organisational change initiatives. \n
- Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. \n\n
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in HR management \n
- 8-13 years of experience only \n
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. \n
- Experience in managing recruitment, training, and employee relations. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
