Senior Solution Architect SAP FICO

Business partner: As a Senior solution architect you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP FInance FICO solutions that meet business needs
\n You will be working with the functional heads of Finance to identify business problems that could be solved through process / digital interventions.
\n You will need to help prioritize between the various asks of the stakeholder and align the final priority with the Finance Functional Heads
\n You will also champion the cause of your stakeholder and convey business criticality with the information systems group. Ensuring the requirements are well understood.
\n Technology Evangelist: You will also be the evangelist for adoption of tools and digitisation efforts by identifying opportunities where use of technology can make org more efficient
\n Develop understanding of how most of the tools used by the stakeholders work
\n Help build technology roadmap for scale, efficiency, automation and quality improvement.
\n Own the design & documentation of the ERP solutions for Finance & Controlling domain
\n Ensure stable & scalable integration with other applications under SAP ecosystems
\n Participate in the product roadmap and strategy definitions
\n Guide the development team to implement the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirements
\n Participate in resolving bugs/issues pertaining to design, development or integration to support business continuity
\n Drive the Industry Best Practices and new product features to leverage the SAP capabilities for better business processes

\n Process champion: You will also act as the process champion develop lean processes to meet their business objectives
\n Manage conflict on solutioning, timeline, prioritization
\n WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
\n Hands on experience in Finance Digital Transformation consultation on R2R, P2P, O2C and Controllership domains
\n Must be proficient in analyzing, creating system specifications, developing scenario test cases and implementing business solutions in Finance & Controlling domain
\n Work with swimlane (delivery team) : ABAP developers, Tech Architect, QA, Program manager, etc. to deliver long term projects/enhancements/bug fixes
\n End to End Business Value Chain Understanding
\n Ability to assess the need for a change from problem statements
\n Experience in Business Process designing
\n Working knowledge on SAP FICO module and IT system
\n Strong quantitative analytical skills
\n Understanding of Agile framework in Software development
