Job Description
As a Senior Transformation Manager you will be responsible for strategizing the digital roadmap for Scooter Biz ,Vehicle Service and Customer Support verticals by working with the Business Owners of Scooter business (Marketing, Network Development and Sales), Service & Support.
\n You will be responsible to provide guidance and support to the Transformation Managers and Transformation Leads of your respective P&L and decide on final prioritization of the stakeholder requirements working closely with your respective BO s.
\n You will also champion the cause of your stakeholder and convey business criticality with the information systems group. Ensuring the requirements are well understood.
\n Technology Evangelist: You will also be the evangelist for creating a healthy product backlog and adoption of tools and digitisation efforts by identifying opportunities where use of technology can make org more efficient
\n Develop understanding of how most of the tools used by the stakeholders work
\n Help build technology roadmap for scale, efficiency, automation and quality improvement.
\n Own the design & documentation of the Dealer Management System and ERP solutions for Scooter domain
\n Ensure stable & scalable integration with other applications under DMS/SAP ecosystems
\n Guide the development team to implement the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirements
\n Participate in resolving bugs/issues pertaining to design, development or integration to support business continuity
\n Drive the Industry Best Practices and new product features to leverage the DMS / SAP capabilities for better business processes
\n Process champion: You will also act as the process champion develop lean processes to meet their business objectives
\n Manage conflict on solutioning, timeline, prioritization
\n WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
\n Identify and drive digitalization opportunities for end to end value chain of scooter business.
\n Act as an automotive domain consultant with knowledge of best practices across Network Development, Sales, Service, Spares and Customer Support.
\n Expertise in Process and System implementation of Dealer Management System and its associated ERP/SAP, integration and backend systems
\n Exposure to Gen AI, Robotic Process Automation and other digital transformation levers to improve Awareness and Consideration, Sales Conversions, Revenue generation, Customer experience, etc.
\n Working knowledge of tools like ERP, PLM, CRM, DMS, IT system
\n Strong quantitative analytical skills
\n Understanding of Agile framework in Software development
