\nThe Sales Head - Business will lead the national/regional sales operations, focusing on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building long-term client relationships for the business. This individual will play a critical role in developing strategies for key markets, managing high-performing sales teams, and aligning with cross-functional departments to deliver customer-centric solutions.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base. \n
- Identify new business opportunities in sectors such as manufacturing, mining, steel, automotive, agriculture, material handling, and heavy industries. \n
- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of regional sales managers, engineers, and channel partners. \n
- Establish strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, and distributors. \n
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adapt strategy accordingly. \n
- Lead contract negotiations and major account management. \n
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand. \n
- Monitor pricing strategies, margins, and profitability across product lines. \n
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for senior leadership. \n
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and ethical sales practices. \n
