To meet our challenges, we are looking for aSales Account Manager – Exports within the Commercial team! This position will be located in Mumbai.
\nPosition purpose:
\n The Account Manager – Export is responsible for managing international sales of starch and derivatives, developing new export markets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management and compliance with global trade regulations.

Achieve exports sales and collection targets.

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve export targets.
\n - \n
Maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
\n - \n
Identify new business opportunities and expand into emerging markets.
\n - \n
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international buyers.
\n - \n
Ensure adherence to export regulations and proper documentation.
\n - \n
Prepare forecasts, monitor performance, and report to senior management.
\n - \n
Coordinate with Demand Planner, Customer Care, logistics, and finance teams for seamless execution.
\n - \n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
\n - \n
Proficiency in CRM tools, ERP systems, and MS Office.
\n - \n
Ability to travel internationally as required.
\n - \n
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
\n - \n
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in export sales, preferably in agro-based or starch industry.
