\nRole Overview
\nWe are seeking a Corporate Acquisition Manager (CAM) with 2-8 years of corporate sales experience
\nwith Banks or NBFCs. CAM will drive revenue growth through a full sales cycle—from prospecting and
\ndemos to negotiation and closing. CAM's expertise in consultative selling, pipeline management and
\ncorporate relationship building will be critical to scaling sales operations and expanding our customer
\nbase in the corporate sector.

\n• Monthly revenue targets: 100% achievement
\n• Corporate Onboarding - 10 per month
\n• Employee Onboarding - 100% Achievement
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
\nCAM week includes corporate outreach and lead qualification, demos and presentations to Corporate
\nHR/Key Decision Makers, Funnel management, cross-selling to onboarded corporate employees, CRM
\nupdates and reporting, and account management follow-ups. You'll balance individual contributions with
\nteam leadership.
\nCore Responsibilities
\nA. Sales Execution & Revenue
\n• Build and qualify high-quality corporates pipeline
\n• Conduct compelling product demos and presentations
\n• Maintain 3x pipeline coverage of monthly quota
\nB. Pipeline & Account Management
\n• Manage sales pipeline using CRM (Zoho)
\n• Identify and address pipeline bottlenecks
\n• Conduct deal reviews with management
\n• Build long-term customer relationships
\n• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
\nC. Consultative Selling & Relationships
TartanHQ
\n• Conduct demos to the employees of the corporates for Cross Sell
\n• Develop customer success plans
\n• Manage stakeholder relationships
\n• Provide thought leadership on HR/payroll solutions
\nRequired Skills & Qualifications
\n• 2-8 years Corporate sales experience ( Corporate Salary, Corporate Lending )
\n• Strong communication and presentation skills
\n• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)
\n• Excellent pipeline management and forecasting
\n• Ability to handle objection handling and negotiation
