  • Strong understanding of Indian laws and global compliance requirements (, anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, whistleblower, sanctions, data privacy).
  • \n
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing compliance policies, SOPs, and training materials.
  • \n
  • Review and adapt third‑party contract clauses based on risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on compliance issues.
  • \n
  • Maintain compliance records and prepare periodic reports for global compliance, senior management, and regulators.
  • \n
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and evaluate controls in line with enterprise risk frameworks.
  • \n
  • Stay updated on evolving laws, regulations, and industry trends, and assess their impact on business operations.
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    A successful candidate should have:

    \n
  • An LLB degree
  • \n
  • Experience from a law firm (Tier 1 or Tier 2) or In‑house experience with a focus on business risk identification, compliance, legal, and regulatory affairs, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • \n
  • Strong communication, analytical and drafting skills.
  • \n
  • Diligent, able to work independently and be able to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
