Job Description
- Only candidates based out of/open to relocate to Mumbai should apply \n
- Only candidates with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience should apply \n\n
- Strong understanding of Indian laws and global compliance requirements (, anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, whistleblower, sanctions, data privacy). \n
- Assist in drafting and reviewing compliance policies, SOPs, and training materials. \n
- Review and adapt third‑party contract clauses based on risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. \n
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on compliance issues. \n
- Maintain compliance records and prepare periodic reports for global compliance, senior management, and regulators. \n
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and evaluate controls in line with enterprise risk frameworks. \n
- Stay updated on evolving laws, regulations, and industry trends, and assess their impact on business operations. \n\n
- An LLB degree \n
- Experience from a law firm (Tier 1 or Tier 2) or In‑house experience with a focus on business risk identification, compliance, legal, and regulatory affairs, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector. \n
- Strong communication, analytical and drafting skills. \n
- Diligent, able to work independently and be able to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
