\nRole : Engineering Delivery Lead
\nLocation : Bangalore (Work from office)
\nKey Responsibilities

- Define and articulate the engineering vision and strategy for the entity. \n
- Lead and inspire the engineering team, fostering collaboration and innovation. \n
- Partner with senior leadership to align engineering initiatives with broader business goals. \n
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and business value are met. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project requirements and success metrics. \n
- Design and implement advanced engineering solutions to address complex challenges. \n
- Perform technical analysis to create scalable, efficient architectures. \n
- Deploy and manage robust engineering systems and processes. \n
- Develop and enforce governance policies to ensure quality, security, and compliance. \n
- Collaborate with teams to design and maintain engineering pipelines and infrastructure. \n
- Uphold ethical engineering practices, adhering to industry standards and regulations. \n
- Stay abreast of advancements in software engineering, cloud technologies, and emerging methodologies. \n
- Conduct research and case studies to explore innovative solutions and drive growth. \n
Qualifications and Experience

- Proven success in leading and delivering complex engineering projects. \n
- Hands-on expertise in software engineering, digital platform delivery, and solution architecture. \n
- Strong understanding of API and microservices development, as well as delivering cloud-ready solutions (GCP, AWS, Azure). \n
- Experience in implementing and scaling microservice architectures. \n
- Familiarity with large-scale software projects (30+ FTEs) and decentralized/offshore teams. \n
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define actionable paths forward. \n
- Change management expertise and an ability to drive adoption of new processes. \n
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. \n
