- A degree in engineering or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in managing engineering teams and projects. \n
- Experience in the retail industry, particularly in homewares and DIY. \n
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices. \n
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. \n
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. \n
- Proficiency in using relevant engineering tools and technologies.
