\nPosition Summary:
\nWe are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer with over 15 years of proven expertise in designing, delivering, and optimizing sales training programs. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of our sales teams through strategic learning initiatives, coaching, and ongoing performance support.
\nThe ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of B2B/B2C sales methodologies, adult learning principles, and the ability to align training programs with business objectives to drive measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities: \n- \n
- Training Design & Delivery: \n
- Develop, implement, and facilitate engaging and interactive sales training programs (onboarding, product, process, tools, soft skills). \n
- Tailor content for various experience levels from entry-level reps to senior account executives. \n
- Sales Enablement: \n
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align training initiatives with go-to-market strategy and customer messaging. \n
- Equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools required for successful execution. \n
- Performance Coaching: \n
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to reinforce skills, identify development areas, and improve sales effectiveness. \n
- Provide feedback and mentorship to sales professionals to support continuous improvement. \n
- Program Evaluation & Optimization: \n
- Assess training effectiveness using different metrics. \n
- Continuously iterate on training programs based on data, field feedback, and industry trends. \n
- Leadership & Strategy: \n
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on sales training best practices and improvements. \n
- Lead a team of junior trainers or instructional designers as needed. \n

- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related sales leadership role. \n
- Strong background in developing and executing training programs across diverse sales environments. \n
- Proven ability to drive behavior change and improve sales metrics through training. \n
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. \n
- Experience with LMS platforms. \n
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Education, or related field \n
