\n• Experience Required: 5–10+ years in risk management, preferably in a Tier 1 bank or consulting firm
\n (e.g., Big 4). Advanced degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
\n Certifications like FRM, CFA, or PRM are highly preferred.
\n • Deep functional knowledge of the entire Basel framework (Basel II, Basel III/IV, Pillar 1, 2, and 3).
\n Basel IV preferred
\n • Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) using standardized and advanced approaches
\n • Understanding of PRA, CBUAE and other regulations
\n • Proficient knowledge of specific metrics and approaches: Credit Risk capital calculation , SA-CCR,
\n CVA, DVA, and the ICAAP process.
Other important information:
\n• Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India
\n • Period of engagement: Full-time position
\n • Probation period: 6 months
\n • Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person.
\n Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
\n • Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific
\n aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion
\n • Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and
\n paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.

\n Selection process:
\n We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process
\n indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:
\n • Personal interviews: There are expected to be at least 2-3 rounds of online interviews. The number
\n of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
\n • Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set
\n up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you
\n have during this discussion.
