Role : - UG NX - Sheet Metal Design Engineer
\n
Exp: 5 +Years
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Design and develop sheet metal enclosures for semiconductor power boxes
\n - Ensure IP rating compliance, structural strength, and manufacturability
\n - Design copper/aluminum bus bars for efficient power distribution
\n - Consider current density, creepage, clearance, and thermal expansion in designs
\n - Integrate power modules, capacitors, magnetics, and cooling systems
\n - Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs using Siemens NX (Unigraphics)
\n - Apply DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles
\n - Collaborate on thermal management solutions for safe operating temperatures
\n - Ensure EMI/EMC shielding, vibration resistance, and reliability
\n - Work with cross-functional teams for design validation and optimization
