\n• Partner with local/global HR teams to support business unit needs and contribute to global HR initiatives.\n
\n• Lead HR projects and key initiatives in collaboration with global and local HR teams.\n
\n• Continuously enhance communication practices and employee engagement programs.\n
\n• Analyze, design, and refine people programs, policies and practices to cultivate positive employee relations. \n

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
\n- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience\n\n\n
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
\n- Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree\n\n- 3+ years of employee relations, labor relations, human relations or labor/employment law experience\n
