\n\nOwn the P&L for the credit card business, driving portfolio growth, revenue, and customer engagement.
\n Develop strategies to accelerate acquisition, activation, spends, retention, and long‑term portfolio value.
\n Build and manage senior‑level partnerships with issuer banks, card networks, and ecosystem partners.
\n Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to elevate product experience and ensure regulatory alignment.
\n Lead and develop a high‑performing team across portfolio management, partnerships, and growth.
The Successful Applicant
\n\nBrings 10+ years of experience in credit cards, payments, fintech, or consumer lending, with exposure to large‑scale portfolios or co‑branded card programs.
\n Has strong knowledge of credit card economics, portfolio metrics, and the full customer lifecycle.
\n Demonstrates leadership excellence and the ability to work cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders.
\n Possesses strong stakeholder management skills across banks, networks, and internal leadership.
