Role Overview
\n We are seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team at
\n Volt Money. The primary focus of this role is to manage a set of distributors, drive business
\n growth, and ensure long-term partnerships while providing exceptional support to both
\n distributors and their customers.

\n

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs)

\n

1. Distributor Management
\n %CB; Manage a portfolio of assigned distributors
\n %CB; Push distributors to achieve business targets and grow their loan against mutual
\n funds portfolio
\n %CB; Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors
\n %CB; Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to understand distributor needs and
\n challenges

\n

2. Business Development
\n %CB; Encourage and motivate distributors to increase their loan against mutual funds
\n business
\n %CB; Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the distributor network
\n %CB; Collaborate with distributors to develop strategies for expanding their customer
\n base
\n 3. Problem Solving and Support

\n %CB; Act as the primary point of contact for distributors and their customers
\n %CB; Promptly address and resolve issues faced by distributors and their customers
\n %CB; Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams and follow up until
\n resolution

\n

4. Distributor Education and Enablement
\n %CB; Guide distributors on how to enable their customer base to take loans against
\n mutual funds instantly
\n %CB; Provide training and resources to help distributors understand Volt Money's
\n products and processes
\n %CB; Share best practices and success stories to inspire and educate distributors

\n

5. Reporting and Analysis
\n %CB; Maintain accurate records of distributor performance and interactions
\n %CB; Prepare and present regular reports on distributor business growth and
\n relationship status
\n %CB; Analyze trends and provide insights to improve distributor performance and
\n satisfaction

\n

Qualifications and Skills
\n %CF; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
\n %CF; 3+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the financial services
\n sector
\n %CF; Strong understanding of mutual funds and loan products, especially loans against
\n mutual funds
\n %CF; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n %CF; Proven track record in managing business relationships and driving growth
\n %CF; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
\n %CF; Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software

\n %CF; Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse
