Job Description
- Leadership Role which requires the Site Head to manage multiple Plant Heads \n
- Site Head position in a Niche Electronics Driven Manufacturing space \n\n
- Our client is a Multi-Billion Indian Firm within the Industrial/Manufacturing setup with its head-office in Delhi-NCR and multiple manufacturing sites across the country. They are known for their innovation driven cutting edge manufacturing processes \n\n
- Lead end‑to‑end plant operations - production, process setup, quality, engineering, supply chain coordination, and operational KPIs. \n
- Oversee establishment of the greenfield unit, ensuring timely commissioning, line balancing, and capacity planning. \n
- Build strong manufacturing processes aligned to high‑volume automotive/electronics standards. \n
- Drive performance around throughput, cost efficiency, OEE, manpower productivity, and safety. \n
- Manage a diverse workforce across blue‑ and white‑collar, including seasonal scaling aligned to fluctuating customer demand. \n
- Implement strong financial controls with deep focus on costing, budgeting etc \n
- Promote digital and automated manufacturing practices, including MES adoption and integration of automation technologies. \n\n
- 15-25 Years of overall experience in Manufacturing/Operations with at-least 5+ of experience in Multi- Plant Operations with a in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering \n
- Proven experience in the Automotive OEM/Electronic Auto Component/Consumer Electronics Manufacturing/EMS manufacturing industry. \n
- Strong knowledge of Production Processes and Plant Operations. \n
- Excellent leadership and Team Management skills. \n
- Experience managing large operational teams, including shop-floor workforce and technical staff. \n
- Ability to navigate seasonal manpower fluctuations and optimise labour productivity. \n
- Exposure to automation, Industry practices, and MES systems is preferred. \n
- Keeping abreast with evolving automotive and electronics technologies will be an advantage. \n
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing. \n
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. \n
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
