Team Manager

Innodata is hiring a Team Manager to lead AI/LLM operations involving content writing, data annotation, and related workflows. The role requires driving project delivery, managing teams, ensuring SLA adherence, and delivering high-quality outcomes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage end-to-end operations for AI/LLM, content writing, and data annotation projects.\nMonitor project performance and ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs.\nLead, coach, and develop teams comprising content writers, annotators, and AI/ML professionals.\nManage resource allocation, project execution, and operational workflows.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving challenges.\nEnsure quality standards are met and drive continuous process improvements.\nIdentify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity and scalability.\n\nDesired Candidate Profile\n\nBachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.\n5+ years of experience in AI/LLM operations, content operations, or data annotation projects.\n3+ years of people management experience leading teams.\nStrong expertise in operations and project management.\nExperience managing SLAs, KPIs, and business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR).\nFamiliarity with AI/ML workflows, data labeling tools, and content management systems.\nExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
