### Responsibilities:

\n

%CF; Lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered solutions across enterprise implementations.

\n

%CF; Drive solution architecture for Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

\n

%CF; Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and product owners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

\n

%CF; Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on Salesforce best practices, coding standards, design patterns, and AI implementation strategies.

\n

%CF; Design and develop custom Agentforce agents, topics, actions, prompts, conversation flows, and intelligent automation solutions.

\n

%CF; Lead the development of Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and reusable framework components.

\n

%CF; Review technical designs, code, and configurations to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

\n

%CF; Define integration strategies between Agentforce, Salesforce Clouds, Data Cloud, and external enterprise applications.

\n

%CF; Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices are incorporated into all Agentforce implementations.

\n

%CF; Manage technical risks, dependencies, and issue resolution while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

\n

%CF; Mentor and coach Salesforce developers, conduct code reviews, and support team skill development.

\n

%CF; Participate in sprint planning, estimation, architecture reviews, client workshops, and executive-level technical discussions.

\n

%CF; Support deployment planning, release management, and post-production stabilization activities.

\n

### Qualifications:

\n

#### Required Skills / Qualifications:

\n

%CF; 7+ years of Salesforce implementation and development experience.

\n

%CF; 2+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical teams and enterprise implementations.

\n

%CF; Experience delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce projects in a Technical Lead or Senior Developer capacity.

\n

%CF; Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.

\n

%CF; Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Copilot Actions, and Generative AI capabilities.

\n

%CF; Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, Triggers, and Salesforce platform architecture.

\n

%CF; Experience designing enterprise-grade integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, Middleware, and External Services.

\n

%CF; Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Data Governance.

\n

%CF; Experience with Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, and AI-driven customer engagement solutions.

\n

%CF; Ability to lead technical discussions, perform solution reviews, and provide architectural recommendations.

%CF; Salesforce AI Specialist Certification and/or Agentforce Specialist Certification.

%CF; Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.

%CF; Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein GPT, and enterprise AI implementations.

%CF; Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

%CF; Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Omni-Channel solutions.

%CF; Experience with Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Generative AI best practices.

%CF; Experience with DevOps Center, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent deployment tools.

%CF; Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft.

%CF; Strong stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and leadership skills.

%CF; Experience defining technical roadmaps, governance frameworks, and Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
