\nKey Responsibilities:
\nEmployee Engagement:
\n- \n
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies using insights from Gallup Q12 and Great Place to Work (GPTW) surveys to identify key drivers of engagement and areas for improvement. \n
- Collaborate with HR leadership to design interventions and initiatives that address the key factors affecting employee engagement. \n
- Champion work-life balance initiatives, internal communication strategies, and team-building activities to improve engagement. \n
- Leverage GPTW rankings and Gallup data to benchmark engagement efforts against industry standards and best practices. \n
Learning and Development
\n- \n
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs that enhance \n
- employee capabilities and performance. \n
- Develop and execute the learning and development strategy that supports the organization's goals and \n
- addresses the needs of employees at all levels. \n
- Manage the creation, delivery, and evaluation of training materials and programs, including e-learning, \n
- workshops, and seminars. \n
- Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and ensure it is utilized effectively for training delivery \n
- tracking. \n
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, using data to continuously improve learning initiatives. \n
- Interact & manager vendor partners (from exploratory to sign off and implementation \n
- perspective) \n

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to incorporate innovative training solutions. \n
