TL- Curative Search

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Title Curative Search with strong expertise in US Title operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in title curative processes, lien resolution, and team handling, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to client SLAs.

• Lead and manage a team handling Title Curative Search processes.
\n
• Identify and resolve title defects such as liens, judgments, and encumbrances.
\n
• Review title reports and analyze ownership history and chain of title issues.
\n
• Ensure quality control, productivity, and SLA compliance across the team.
\n
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members on curative processes.
\n
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex title-related issues.
\n
• Monitor team performance and maintain operational reports.
\n

\n
• 5+ years of total experience in US Title Search / Curative processes.
\n
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling / leadership role.
\n
• Strong knowledge of Title Curative, lien resolution, and title examination.
\n
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
\n
• Willing to work night shift and from Bangalore office (WFO).
