Roles and Responsibilities - THT Equipment

- Install, commission, and validate THT equipment (wave, selective, manual stations)
\n- Set and optimize machine parameters (temperature, conveyor speed, flux settings)
\n- Ensure proper functioning of solder pot, preheater, and fluxer systems
\n- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of THT equipment
\n- Troubleshoot machine issues and minimize downtime
\n- Calibrate equipment and maintain accuracy of process parameters
\n- Monitor machine performance and improve reliability and uptime
\n- Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for support
\n- Support production during line setup, changeover, and new product trials
\n- Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and process standards
\n- Train technicians and operators on equipment handling and maintenance
\n- Maintain equipment logs, maintenance records, and documentation
