    The Successful Applicant

  • Brings 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within financial services (Investment banks/ PE/ VC preferred)

  • Has strong expertise in talent strategy, compensation, leadership development and HR governance.
  • \n
  • Demonstrates maturity, judgment and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
  • \n
  • Is skilled in managing regulatory compliance and building scalable HR processes.
  • \n
  • Exhibits strong communication, stakeholder management and people‑centric leadership qualities.
