- Brings 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within financial services (Investment banks/ PE/ VC preferred) \n
- Has strong expertise in talent strategy, compensation, leadership development and HR governance. \n
- Demonstrates maturity, judgment and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. \n
- Is skilled in managing regulatory compliance and building scalable HR processes. \n
- Exhibits strong communication, stakeholder management and people‑centric leadership qualities.
