Impact Infotech Solutions is looking for a skilled Windows Server Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure. The role involves working on Windows servers, Active Directory, virtualization, and hybrid cloud environments to ensure system stability, security, and performance.

• Manage and administer Windows Server (2012–2022) environments
\n
• Handle Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP
\n
• Manage user access, permissions, and identity services
\n
• Support and maintain virtual environments (VMware / Hyper-V)
\n
• Perform server patching, upgrades, and security hardening
\n
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
\n
• Work on Azure (IaaS) and hybrid infrastructure setups
\n
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell
\n
• Ensure system availability, backup, and disaster recovery readiness
\n

• Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration
\n
• Good expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
\n
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization
\n
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure (IaaS / Hybrid environment)
\n
• Knowledge of security practices, patching, and system hardening
\n
• Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
\n

• Experience with ADFS / Identity & Access Management
\n
• Hands-on with SCCM, SCOM, or Windows Admin Center
\n
• Knowledge of clustering, SAN/NAS storage, backup solutions
