\nPosition Summary:
\nThe CFO will oversee the company's financial operations, shaping the financial strategy and ensuring fiscal health. This role involves collaborating with the executive team to define long-term objectives and policies.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Financial Operations: \n
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and auditing processes. Ensure that financial activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. \n
- Strategic Financial Planning: \n
- Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy, focusing on long-term planning, risk assessment, and investment evaluation to support business growth. \n
- Reporting: \n
- Supervise the preparation and distribution of financial statements. Ensure timely communication of key financial information to stakeholders and manage relationships with auditors. \n
- Capital Management: \n
- Oversee fundraising efforts by engaging with financial institutions to secure necessary funding. Work on optimizing capital costs and maintaining liquidity ratios. \n
- Regulatory Compliance: \n
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to financial activities, including tax obligations. \n
- Process Improvement: \n
- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes to align with business growth and changing market conditions. Strengthen internal controls to mitigate risks. \n
- Audit Oversight: \n
- Lead internal audit teams to ensure compliance with company policies and effective management of inventory. \n
- IT Strategy Implementation: \n
- Create IT strategies that support business objectives, ensuring robust systems are in place for seamless operations and driving automation initiatives. \n
- Supply Chain Strategy: \n
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies, managing purchasing, inventory, vendor relations, and distribution processes. \n
- Team Leadership: \n
- Guide the Finance, IT, Audit, and Supply Chain teams, promoting professional development and participating in executive-level decision-making. \n
Educational Requirements:

- CA or MBA in Finance with 15-20 years of relevant experience \n
- Extensive experience in senior financial management roles \n
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software \n
- Experience across various financial functions is a plus \n
