- Act as a point of contact for all learning and engagement-related queries. \n\n
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \n
- Proven experience in learning and development or employee engagement within the industrial or manufacturing sector. \n
- Strong knowledge of the ceramic industry and its workforce dynamics. \n
- Excellent project management and organisational skills. \n
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. \n
- Proficiency in utilising learning management systems and training tools. \n
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on employee growth and satisfaction.
