  • Design and execute learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to identify training needs and align them with business goals.
  • \n
  • Develop and deliver employee engagement programmes to enhance workplace culture.
  • \n
  • Monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make necessary improvements.
  • \n
  • Manage budgets and resources for training and engagement activities.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with external training vendors to provide specialised learning solutions.
  • \n
  • Maintain records of training programmes and employee participation.
  • \n
  • Act as a point of contact for all learning and engagement-related queries.

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    A successful Deputy Manager, Learning & Engagement should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Proven experience in learning and development or employee engagement within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of the ceramic industry and its workforce dynamics.
  • \n
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Proficiency in utilising learning management systems and training tools.
  • \n
