Key Responsibilities:-
\nBusiness Development & Revenue Growth:
\n- \n
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Break-Fix, AMC, FMS, and Managed Services across enterprise and mid-market accounts. \n
- Position and promote managed service delivery models leveraging platforms such as ManageEngine, Sapphire, and other monitoring/automation tools. \n
- Identify, qualify, and close large multi-year service opportunities. \n
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasting, and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals. \n
Enterprise Customer Engagement:
\n- \n
- Engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders including CIOs, IT Leaders, Infrastructure Heads, and Procurement teams. \n
- Present service capabilities, workflow automation, SLA frameworks, dashboards, and ROI-based value propositions. \n
- Strengthen and expand enterprise relationships within the Bangalore and Mumbai customer ecosystem. \n
Product & Service Portfolio Management:

- Own and continuously evolve the service portfolio across Break-Fix, AMC, FMS, and Managed Services. \n
- Define service deliverables, SLAs, pricing models, and renewal structures. \n
- Integrate and promote capabilities such as: \n
- Endpoint Monitoring & Management \n
- ITSM workflow automation \n
- Remote management dashboards \n
- Secure monitoring and automation via Sapphire \n
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and enhance offerings to ensure strong market differentiation. \n
P&L Ownership & Business Planning:

- Manage revenue, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives for the services business. \n
- Develop annual business plans, GTM strategies, and expansion roadmaps for new geographies. \n
- Track critical performance metrics (SLA compliance, MTTR, renewal ratios) and drive continuous improvement. \n
Vendor, OEM & Partner Collaboration:
\n- \n
- Collaborate with OEMs such as Apple, Lenovo, HP, Dell, and others to strengthen and align service propositions. \n
- Build strong working relationships with service delivery vendors, field support partners, and technology tool providers. \n
- Work closely with ManageEngine, Sapphire, and platform partners for demos, licensing, enablement, and GTM activities. \n
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
\n- \n
- Partner with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Inside Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for solution design and contract closure. \n
- Support commercial negotiations, proposal creation, and documentation processes. \n
- Ensure operational readiness for new deployments, transitions, and service rollouts. \n
