Job Title: Business Development Manager
\nExperience: 5- 12 years
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business expansion goals. \n
- Achieve quarterly and annual sale revenue and profitability goals. \n
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SaaS, IMS, and IT Infrastructure. \n
- Drive government and major enterprise deals through CxO-level involvement and long-term collaborations. \n
- Lead GTM initiatives in many sectors, including government, education, manufacturing, BFSI, and IT/ITES. \n
- Collaborate with marketing to manage lead generation, sales enablement, and campaign messaging. \n
- Utilize CRM tools wisely for pipeline management, sales analytics, and forecasting. \n
- Developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasting and reporting models \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline is required, an MBA is desirable. \n
- At least five years of B2B IT sales experience \n
- Demonstrated ability to close government and business (major) IT infrastructure deals, Managed Services, or IMS. \n
- It is ideal to have extensive knowledge of SaaS, Hybrid Cloud, or IBM technologies. \n
