- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory financial requirements in Bangalore. \n
- Oversee financial reporting, including the preparation of profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. \n
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the FMCG division. \n
- Monitor and manage the organisation's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement. \n
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial processes with organisational goals. \n
- Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team, ensuring professional development and effective performance. \n
- Engage with stakeholders to provide accurate financial updates and reports. \n\n
- Qualified CA is a must. \n
- 8-12 years of post qualification experience. \n
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the FMCG/Manufacturing sector. \n
- Proven expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. \n
- Strong hands-on experience in IndAS reporting. \n
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
