\nLocation: Mumbai, Head office Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
\nWe are looking for someone skilled in MS Excel to lead preparation of all channel MIS; partner across teams to create and execute short term and long term forecasts and operating plans for trade spends and profitability.
\nYour Roles and Responsibilities
\n1. Planning
\nFormulate the Annual Operating Plan for trade spends, sales overheads, Outstanding receivables for India business by liaising with sales teams across clusters and alignment with stakeholders
\n2. MIS preparation & automation
\nChannel P&Ls, VAN and SAMT P&Ls
\nPreparation of forecast spends basis inputs from stakeholders and monitoring the spends for GCPL India business
\nLead automation projects along with the IT team
\n3. Commercial & Analytical
\nBusiness Partnering with OT Chains and providing adequate support with the data
\nFOH Analysis
\nMonitoring the KPIs/SLAs of GEC Team and being the bridge in connecting with Business team and GEC
\nPhysical visits and collaboration with the customers in coordination with Shared service team for quick resolution of critical issues (once in a month)
\nMT F&F Clearance, NDC Clearance and Dispute management
\nMT Damage approvals & Creation of vendor codes
\nResolving Queries of IMT Distributors w.r.t. Credit and claims
\nTracking booking of expenses in VAN Sales and SAMT sales
\nProvisioning of spends on month end
\nCredit management
\nPosition Requirements
\nQualification Commerce graduate
\nExperience
\n4+ years
\nCritical Skills
\nStrong interpersonal and communication and project management skills, to work across cross- functional teams
\nSkilled in Microsoft Excel and power point
