Job Description
"Key responsibilities:
\n This role is responsible for managing all major aspects of channel management for the Site TL Sales. It would broadly encapsulate creating, managing and controlling a network of channel intermediaries. It will also include creating new channels to achieve cluster sales and creating sales pitch to corporate and institutional players for the Site.
\n Budgeting / cluster AOP
\n Provide inputs pertaining to sales performance, manpower requirements, market competition, sales projection s as an input to AOP etc.
\n Estimates marketing budget for the cluster as an input to AOP including promotions/ sales manpower/ broker commissions
\n Recommends allocations from budget
\n Provides BD team with inputs on product pricing for new deals
\n Sales Planning and Strategy
\n Creates and recommends a sales strategy for achievement of assigned sales targets e.g launch plan for new project
\n Assigns sales targets to team
\n Tracks the Sales Inventory (through Sales Force, SAP )
\n Creation of a network of channel intermediaries
\n Looking for new opportunities to form channel partnerships.
\n Maintaining the paper work related to channel partner registration.
\n Creating and maintaining a database of channel partners
\n Managing Channel network
\n Making visits to channel partners and training their teams.
\n Following up with channel partners to meet their targets.
\n Maintaining MIS records of channel performance.
\n To keep track of invoices from channel partners and payments.
\n Lead Generation
\n Ensure updation of leads database
\n Explores new opportunities in corporate sales in the cluster
\n Makes sales pitch to corporate and institutional bodies in the region
\n Sales Administration
\n Ensures management of all aspects of after-sales relationship with customers
\n Booking of sales into SAP
\n Documentation of sale
\n Billing as per completed milestone
\n Collection
\n Sales Accounting
\n Updating data into SAP
\n Ensures sales data is maintained in system
\n Reviews periodic MIS reports prepared by team
\n Process Adherence
\n Complies with company defined guidelines and processes
\n Adheres to project timelines
\n Process Improvement
\n Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement
\n Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/ costs/ productivity
\n Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area
\n Performance Management
\n Defines and sets work objectives for team members
\n Balances work allocation in team
\n Reviews tasks completed by team members and conduct regular performance reviews
\n Completes performance appraisals of team
\n Who are we looking for?
\n Qualification
\n Graduate/ MBA
\n Experience:
\n 15-18 years of experience in managing Real Estate sales in North Zone."
