Job Description
- Join a global leader in personal care contract manufacturing \n
- Drive strategic growth with top FMCG clients worldwide \n\n
- Manage and grow key accounts within global FMCG and personal care categories. \n
- Drive new business acquisition for bar soaps, liquid washes, deodorants, lotions, and related personal care segments. \n
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations. \n
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams for product development and execution. \n
- Conduct category insights, competitor mapping, and regional opportunity assessment. \n
- Own revenue, margin delivery, and relationship building at senior stakeholder levels. \n\n
- 5-12 years of experience in personal care / FMCG / contract manufacturing sales or key account management. \n
- Strong exposure to international FMCG clients and understanding of manufacturing operations. \n
- Excellent negotiation, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. \n
- Ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and drive long‑term growth. \n
- Commercially sharp, analytical, relationship‑oriented, and customer‑centric.
