Job Description

- Provide first/second line support for Teamcenter Rich Client (RAC) and Active Workspace (AWC): login issues, search, revisioning, workflows, dataset operations, and FMS cache troubleshooting. \n
- Monitor and maintain core services: Teamcenter server, FMS, Dispatcher, Indexing, Volume servers, and SSO configurations. \n
- Manage preferences, access controls, groups/roles, organization structures, projects, lifecycle objects, and release statuses. \n
- Perform health checks, log reviews, cache purges, and refiling after CAD upgrades. \n
- Strategize and execute Teamcenter Backups \n
- Clone Prod TC server to Test and Development environment \n
- Handle controlled imports/exports using PLMXML/TCXML and Bulk Loader; ensure data quality and compliance with naming/numbering rules. \n
- Support CAD integrations (CREO): troubleshoot save/open, BOM sync, JT translation, and version conflicts. \n
- Enforce security policies, role based access, and audit trail reviews. \n
- Conduct short user training sessions and maintain knowledge base for recurring issues. \n
- Ensure Production server availability 24/5 and in case of production server down, minimise the downtime by quickly rebuilding the production server back to operations. \n
- Maintain and Manage Development environment & Test environment at par with Production server \n
- Extend Teamcenter data model using BMIDE: create new item types, properties, LOVs, naming rules, display rules, and relationships. \n
