Job Title: Head of Strategy – Innovation, Efficiency & IPs
\nLocation: Mumbai

\nFunction: Strategic Leadership, Innovation Strategy, Operational Efficiency, Product Strategy '28;
\nOverview:
\nWe're looking for a dynamic, multi-disciplinary Head of Strategy to join IIC's core leadership team. This role goes beyond conventional strategy functions
\nit's about shaping the future of how we work, what we build, and how we innovate.
\nYou'll be the force driving cross-departmental efficiencies, next-gen client innovations, and strategic evolution of our IPs and SaaS platforms (like
\nMartech, V-Retail, V-Estate). From internal frameworks to external impact, your role is central to making IIC smarter, faster, and more future-ready.
\nKey Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
\n1.Organizational Strategy & Operational Efficiency
\n“Build the machine that builds everything.” Audit and optimize internal processes across departments (Sales, Design,
\nTech, Production, HR, Finance, etc.)
\nCreate cross-functional SOPs and “ways of working” playbooks that drive speed, accountability, and quality.
\nMonitor team performance metrics in collaboration with Founders, HR, and Ops; intervene when systemic inefficiencies are spotted.
\nWork closely with HR to build OKR/KPI frameworks that tie individual and team goals to company-level strategy. Implement internal dashboards, rituals (e.g., Monday Priorities, Friday Reviews), and scorecards to align leadership teams. Identify bottlenecks and champion automation/digitization of repetitive workflows via Notion, AI tools, or custom stacks.
\n2. Client Innovation & Strategic Consulting
\n“Be the strategic architect behind our most iconic experiences.” Work directly with Founders, Creative, and Tech teams to translate client
\nbriefs into powerful strategy-first narratives. Lead innovation sessions for marquee accounts (e.g., BMW, Adani, Oberoi
\nRealty) to uncover fresh formats, platforms, and ideas.Act as a Strategic Director in new business pitches—crafting narratives,
\nproblem statements, value propositions, and strategic roadmaps. Build innovation frameworks tailored to client domains: real estate, automotive, BFSI, lifestyle, or immersive tech. Guide the evolution of client project strategies—from conceptual phase to activation—ensuring strategic consistency and impact.
\n3.Internal Product/IP Strategy (V-Retail,V-Estate,etc.) “Shape the roadmap of tomorrow's products.”
\nOwn the strategic roadmap of internal IPs (e.g., V-Retail AI, V-Estate 2.0) in collaboration with Product, Design, Tech, and Founders.
\nConduct competitive benchmarking, market research, and user feedbackloops to define product-market fit.
\nBuild GTM (Go-to-Market) frameworks, feature prioritization matrices, and monetization strategies. Evaluate product performance post-deployment and lead retrospectives to course-correct or scale.
\nDefine positioning, messaging, and product storytelling for internal demos, investor decks, or external partners.
\nKey Outcomes & Success Metrics
\n25–30% improvement in internal project delivery timelines via optimized processes.
\nStrategic involvement in 80% of new business pitches and key client campaigns.
\nAt least 2 internal IPs redefined, rebranded, or launched with strategic clarity per year.
\nMeasurable reduction in cross-team friction and operational escalations.
\nIncrease in innovation-led upsell/retention in top 5 accounts.

\n6–12 years in strategy consulting, innovation, brand/creative strategy, or product leadership.
\nExperience in cross-functional environments—startups, creative tech, SaaS, or consulting firms.
\nBackground in design, tech, or business is a plus (but not a constraint).
