Job Description
- Opportunity to lead the entire finance function of a fast growing D2C brand \n
- Exposure to complex financial operations. \n\n
- Manage the preparation and presentation of financial reports and statements. \n
- Run business partnering initiatives and work on business growth. \n
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. \n
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. \n
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions. \n
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes. \n
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors. \n
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance. \n\n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant is a must. \n
- 5-10 years of experience in high-growth consumer startups, D2C, Retail, FMCG, or technology companies. \n
- Previous experience with beauty, fragrance or lifestyle categories. \n
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. \n
- Experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, or strategic planning is preferred.
