- Establishing strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges. \n
- Providing ongoing support and assistance to customers, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have. \n
- Conducting regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and gather feedback. \n
- Collaborating with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements. \n
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers. \n
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively troubleshoot and provide solutions. \n
